Project overview
A six-storey ocean front residential development located along Jamaica’s beautiful North Coast of Discovery Bay.
This development is the first of its kind in Discovery Bay and boasts a number of amenities including an infinity-edge pool, gym and a clubhouse with an outdoor barbeque area. The lush, green, beautiful landscape also complements the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.
The peculiar shape and structural configuration of the building demanded an in-depth seismic analysis to ensure structural stability. Special attention was also given to the seismic detailing based on the intricacy of the design. Wind-resistant designs were also critical based on the proximity to the sea.
