Ecce has been practising in the field of Civil/Structural Engineering since 2002 with experience in Jamaica and Canada and Professional Engineering licences in both jurisdictions. He holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to a sound theoretical knowledge-base enhanced by extensive practical skills, he also has a wealth of experience in Project Management.

He thrives on client satisfaction and therefore shapes the consulting framework to provide quality services with professionalism and care. His interest in project management stems from his passion to deliver a complete service package to his clients, with well-planned and organized project execution.

His standard is to uphold the highest level of integrity within the industry through the actions of himself and his team. He is committed to fostering the development of well-trained young professionals who appreciate INTEGER’s obligations to public safety, value engineering, and customer satisfaction.

Tavaine has worked in design consulting since 2008 and has also worked directly in building construction project management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer.

He manages the technical department to ensure efficient and on-time service delivery. His commitment to continuous improvement shapes how he develops the team, with a focus on constant learning, sharing of knowledge and close coordination.

Having worked as both a designer and a project manager, Tavaine understands how each consultant’s role fits together and what each approval agency needs, from subdivisions to strata developments.

Over the years, Mr. Black created a portfolio that includes the designs and project management of various types of buildings and structures.
