Project overview
Seven-storey luxury condominium development overlooking the beaches, cruise ship piers, resorts and city of Montego Bay.
The development comprises 30 residential units and includes a range of amenities, including a spa, gym, rooftop pool, courtyard, tennis courts and pickleball courts.
INTEGER’s scope included structural analysis and design of the building, preparation of structural drawings, site drainage design, and the design of wastewater collection, disposal and potable water systems. Construction monitoring services were also provided.
