Round Hill Hotel & Villas in Montego Bay is a renowned luxury resort featuring a collection of private villas and cottages set within a prestigious beachfront property.
The resort’s ongoing maintenance, renovations, expansions and new developments require a wide range of engineering support to preserve and enhance its facilities. INTEGER provides civil and structural engineering services for the resort’s villa developments and improvement projects.
Most notably, the One Love Development comprised three high-end private villas, each with an individual swimming pool, together with a dedicated staff house. Services included the civil and structural design scope as well as full coordination with the project architect, landscape architect, hotel maintenance team and on-site construction supervision.
