The Boat Harbor Villa is a 3,500 sq. ft. residential tourism development located in Great Guana Cay, Abaco Islands, Bahamas.
Our team provided comprehensive structural and civil engineering design services for this project. To ensure long-term durability in a highly active hurricane zone, the structural design integrates traditional timber framing with a concrete foundation. The engineering was executed using international design codes, specifically optimizing the villa to withstand high wind loads, corrosive salt environments, and local coastal flooding conditions.
