The scale and coastal environment of these properties require ongoing engineering assessments and maintenance to support the continued operation and upkeep of the resorts.

INTEGER provides civil and structural engineering services for both properties, with work focused primarily on assessing existing infrastructure and addressing maintenance and repair requirements. Civil engineering services include site-wide drainage assessments and recommendations to improve the management of surface water throughout the properties. Structural services include assessments of existing structures, development of repair and rehabilitation details, and the design of smaller structures and modifications to existing facilities.
