Ocean Ridge Villa, Great Guana Cay

A private luxury coastal villa in The Bahamas, designed as an intimate retreat that combines indoor and outdoor living with its surrounding tropical environment.

This 3,500 sq. ft. villa includes a pool deck and verandah space, a swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen and bar. The main building and outdoor decks are elevated, with laundry, storage and other support spaces accommodated beneath the elevated structure.

INTEGER provided civil and structural engineering design services for the coastal villa, which features primarily timber construction. Civil engineering services included the design of rainwater harvesting, water supply and plumbing systems, site drainage, and sewage collection and disposal infrastructure. Structural design incorporated the requirements of the elevated coastal construction and the villa’s extensive outdoor living spaces.
