Travellers Beach Resort

This beachfront resort required structural assessment and retrofit design to add two new upper floors to what was previously a two-storey block, along with an entirely new 4-storey block.

For the North Building, INTEGER first assessed the existing two-storey structure to establish whether it could carry the loads of two additional floors. We then designed the retrofit and strengthening needed to take it to four storeys. A new four-storey South Building was added alongside it, and together the two blocks total approximately 20,000 sq ft. We also designed the civil works needed to support the higher occupancy and usage of the expanded resort.
