Residential Structural Assessments

INTEGER has conducted hundreds of structural and civil engineering assessments of residential properties since 2017, covering a wide range of building types, conditions, and client requirements.

Our residential assessment services are commonly undertaken for:

• Property Purchase, Sale & Financing — Assessments to establish the general condition of existing properties, identify significant defects, and satisfy financing or transaction requirements.
• Defects, Damage & Remedial Works — Investigation of cracks, settlement, deterioration, water damage, roof leaks, and other defects, with recommendations and engineering designs for appropriate repairs and remedial works.
• Renovations, Alterations & Expansions — Assessment of existing buildings for renovations and structural modifications, including removal of walls, changes to building layouts, new slab openings and staircases, and upward additions. Assessments are also frequently prepared to support Municipal building approval requirements.
• Construction Quality & Workmanship — Inspection of ongoing or completed construction to identify deficiencies, assess structural workmanship, and provide recommendations for corrective measures.
• Water Intrusion & Roof Leaks — Investigation of structural issues associated with water penetration, roof leaks, dampness, and prolonged moisture exposure, including assessment of resulting damage and recommendations for repair.
