INTEGER performs numerous structural assessments of commercial and industrial buildings and facilities of varying size and complexity. Our assessments address a wide range of property, construction, and operational requirements, including:

• Loading & Capacity Assessments — Structural capacity checks for floors, roofs, beams, columns, and foundations to ensure safety under increased operational demands like a change of use, expanded storage, racking systems and heavier machinery. Additionally, we assess rooftop structures to safely support the installation of solar panels, generators, HVAC units, and other mechanical equipment.
• Equipment & Machinery Installations — Beyond rooftop equipment, we assess structures for heavy machinery, industrial equipment, tanks, conveyors, racking, suspended equipment, etc., including vibration or concentrated loading concerns.
• Defects, Damage & Remedial Works — Investigation of age-related deterioration, cracking, corrosion, impact damage, over-stressing, structural distress, and other deficiencies affecting concrete, steel, masonry, timber, and other structural systems, with recommendations for appropriate repairs and remediation.
• Renovations, Alterations & Expansions — Assessment of existing structures for renovations, additions, changes in building layouts, and other modifications, including determining where walls and structural elements can be removed and where new structural support is required.
• Construction Quality & Workmanship — Inspection of ongoing or completed construction to identify deficiencies, assess structural workmanship, and recommend corrective measures.
