Dundee Housing Development – Phase 1

The Dundee Housing Development is a large-scale residential subdivision in Trelawny, about 10 km south-west of Falmouth. It will provide a mix of serviced lots, studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with land set aside for non-residential use.

The design phase of the project primarily covers the civil infrastructure components. It covers the road network with sidewalks, storm water drainage, potable water distribution and storage, a centralized sewage collection and treatment system, and electrical distribution with streetlighting. INTEGER is providing the civil and structural engineering design along with the preparation of tender & contract documents and consultation with regulatory agencies for approvals.
