Project overview
The Bernard Lodge developments are two adjoining residential subdivisions providing a combined total of 223 lots, served by new roads and civil infrastructural services.
INTEGER provided pre- and post-contract civil engineering services. The scope covered site grading, road infrastructure, cut and fill computations, storm water drainage, water supply, and sewage collection and disposal.
