Project overview
Four adjoining, high-roof warehouses with mezzanine levels located within a commercial and industrial district on the outskirts of Kingston.
INTEGER provided civil and structural engineering design services for the development, which comprises four interconnected warehouse buildings designed to provide flexible industrial and storage space. The key features include high roof clearances, mezzanine levels and structural steel portal-frame construction. Due to the site’s previous state as swamp land, engineered soil replacement was incorporated into the foundation design to provide suitable ground support for the structures.
