Project overview
The development is a three-unit warehouse building with mezzanines, along with additional garbage house, guardhouse, storage room, fire water tank and pump room set on a 58,530 sq ft parcel in Ferry Pen.
Integer Engineering Company is providing the structural and civil engineering design. The building is a structural steel frame supported on piles. On the civil side, we are designing the stormwater drainage for the site, the wastewater collection and treatment system, and the water supply infrastructure for the development’s demand.
