13 Haining Road is a mixed-use multi-functional reinforced concrete tower designed to satisfy the escalating commercial and premium residential demands of New Kingston.
This mid-rise structure features a basement parking level beneath the main commercial floors and is capped by top-floor residential spaces. Spanning eight storeys, the contemporary architectural design blends an expansive floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall with a striking geometric facade.
INTEGER managed the comprehensive structural, civil, and geotechnical engineering. The team integrated multi-hazard load case analyses for seismic and hurricane resistance, conducted extensive soil-slope and excavation safety analyses with structural shoring for the basement level, and designed the infrastructure to include high-capacity stormwater, potable water, and wastewater systems.
