Fire Damage Assessments

Structural evaluations of commercial, industrial and residential buildings after fire damage.

INTEGER has assessed a number of properties damaged by fire, establishing the extent of the fire damage on the structure(s). We supervise non-destructive testing of the materials to check the strength of the structural components after exposure to heat. From the results, we identify which elements or section of the buildings can be salvaged and which are no longer safe for occupancy. We also scope the repair work and document our findings in detailed reports for the owners.
