Our Services

Engineering Assessments

Engineering assessments are carried out on various types of infrastructure including buildings to verify their condition. These assessments are often required when there is damage or concern about the integrity of the elements in question; some assessments aim to verify that structures are in good condition or to provide recommendations for additions and improvements.

Structural Analysis & Designs

We perform structural designs involving the methodical determination of the strength, stability, and adequacy of various types of structures. The objective of our structural analysis and design is to produce a structure capable of resisting all applied loads without failure during its intended life at the most economical cost. Our services cover a wide range of structural systems and material types inclusive of:
  • Steel Frames
  • Concrete Structures
  • Masonry Buildings
  • Composite Members
  • Timber Structures
  • Foam block construction

Building Plans

Building plans are a graphical representation of what a building will look like after construction. They are used by contractors to construct various types of structures. A complete set of building plans involves drawings and specifications for the entire project team and are required by the various approval agencies. We provide:
  • Complete sets of building approval plans for various types of residential and commercial developments
  • Coordination and follow-up with approval agencies

Civil Infrastructural Designs

Civil infrastructure consists of the basic facilities and systems that support land development and related activities. We provide design services for these systems within the civil engineering spectrum. These include:
  • Drainage designs
  • Road/pavement designs
  • Cut & fill
  • Wastewater treatment & recycling
  • Water supply designs
  • Rainwater harvesting

Value
Engineering

Value Engineering involves the organized effort directed at analyzing designed building features, systems, and material selections to achieve essential functions at the lowest life cycle cost consistent with required performance, quality, reliability, and safety. Our value engineering services include:
  • Design optimization
  • Review for accuracy & constructability
  • Code compliance review
Project
Management
Project management services are required during the entire process of the project and involves the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing out of a project. Our project managers direct and coordinate the work of the project team including stakeholders to achieve all project goals. Our project management services are as follows:
  • Act as project lead on engineer-led consulting teams
  • Assemble project teams
  • Prepare Project Management Plan
  • Project risk management
  • Manage tender/bid processes
  • Prepare and monitor the project schedule
  • Construction management
  • Project closure and commissioning

Construction supervision and monitoring

Construction supervision and monitoring are carried out during the construction phase to ensure consistency between the designs and construction and to assist in resolving any issues encountered on site. Monitoring is usually carried out during the entire construction period for structural and civil works. The scope of construction monitoring typically involves the following:
  • Quality assurance and control
  • Routine site inspections
  • Attend site meetings
  • Review material testing results, eg. concrete compressive strength tests, compaction tests, thickness tests, weld tests, water quality tests, etc.
  • Address RFI’s, issue site instructions
  • Review construction progress and claims
