STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENTS FOR BUILDING ADDITION

We do inspections of existing buildings to determine their suitability for expansion and renovation. Possible modifications may include upstairs additions, changes in the building layout, removal of existing walls, new slab openings for staircases, etc. The Structural Assessment Reports are usually required by Municipal Corporations to verify the existing building before approvals are given to carry out the expansion work.

SELLING OR PURCHASING A HOME

When a home or any other building is being purchased, the financing institution often requests an Engineer’s Report to confirm that the building is in good structural condition.

Integer will conduct the engineering assessment and prepare the report for submission to the financing institution.
