Ecce Allen
Founder, Managing Director and Principal Engineer
Mr. Ecce Allen has been practicing in the field of Civil/Structural Engineering since 2002 and is a Registered Professional Engineer with qualified experience in Jamaica and Canada. He holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies. In addition to a sound theoretical knowledge-base enhanced by extensive practical skills, he also has a wealth of experience in Project Management.
Design projects completed by Mr. Allen include:
• JPS/CB 10MW CHP Energy Facility: Civil/Structural designs & construction supervision for steam generation and power production plant
• Mona Section 1 Housing Subdivision, HAJ: Civil Infrastructural designs for 22 Acre, 60 lot subdivision on steep terrain in Mona, Kingston 6
• Phoenix Central Commercial Development: Structural designs and construction monitoring for commercial development
• Guana Cay Coastal Villa, Abaco Island, Bahamas: Civil/Structural designs for coastal villa

Director of Engineering
Mr. Tavaine Black, B.Eng.PE, has been active in design consulting since 2008 and has also worked directly in building construction project management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Jamaica. He manages the technical department to ensure efficient and on-time service delivery. His commitment to continuous improvement has yielded tremendous professional growth during his career; this inspires his team development strategies to include constant learning, sharing of knowledge, and team coordination. Over the years, Mr. Black has created a portfolio that includes the designs and project management of various types of buildings and structures.
